Dr. Mavis Owureku-Asare is the CEO of Impact Food Hub and also Editor -Postharvest and Food Engineering, JFSTI-GhAFoST.
Mavis is an alumna of FST-KNUST. Her PhD thesis was supervised by Prof. I. Oduro.
