Dr. (Mrs) Augustina Angelina Sylverken is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Theoretical and Applied Biology, KNUST. She also works with the Kumasi Centre for Collaborative Research in Tropical Medicine (KCCR) and has been named one of the Humanitarian Awards Global's 12 Frontline COVID-19 Heroes in Ghana. She received this honour in Labadi Beach on Saturday, September 18, 2021.
