As part of the initiative of the International Programmes Office (IPO-KNUST) to bring to the fore its activities to the university community, the Dean, Prof. Daniel Duah engaged the College of Science Board on Wednesday, May 17, 2023, at the College Board Meeting held at the IbisTek Boardroom.
The Provost and Chairman of the College of Science Board, Prof. Leonard K. Amekudzi, as part of the agenda for the meeting, offered the Dean-IPO the opportunity to visit and make a presentation on IPO's roadshow.
The presentation of the Dean focused on the mandate and functions of the IPO, the programmes and services including a memorandum of understanding and ways to appreciate initiators, and the opportunities available to the university community. Prof. Duah appealed for support from the Board to help the University achieve the Internationalization agenda.
Ensuing discussions focused on student exchange agreements, Passport services, highlighting the national mandate of the IPO, MOU initiation, staff mobility, among others.
The College Board commended the Dean of IPO for the good works, visibility and hope to continually work together for the common good.
