The College of Science (CoS), Department of Optometry and Visual Science, and the Optometry Students’ Association of Ghana of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) have held the 4th White Coat Ceremony for sixty-eight (68) students of the Class of 2023.
In her welcome address, the Head of the Department of Optometry and Visual Science, Dr. (Mrs.) Nana Yaa Kwantwiwah Koomson explained the significance of the ‘White Coat’ as a special ceremony held to usher students into clinical phase of their studies.
